My stay was amazing-the room was clean, modern, and had all the amenities we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect, making it super easy to access Disneyland and nearby shopping.
The morning meal could use a few more local specialties.

Our stay was perfect for a magical two days at Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea. The hotel offered spacious, clean rooms that allowed for a comfortable experience—quite a treat compared to other accommodations in Japan. The breakfast buffet featured a fantastic mix of Western and Japanese options, which we enjoyed each morning. The shuttle service to the parks was convenient, running regularly in the morning and evening. Plus, the reasonable rates really made this a stress-free choice for our trip!

It was as expected, had a pleasant stay within our month long vacation here. The location in a very nice area was unbeatable and magnificent and there were shopping centers and a big shopping mall nearby. Bakery Mister Donut located 1 mi away was a nice surprise.

great access to parks and disney makes for fantastic strolls
I loved that there was a free shuttle to Disney and that I could take a nice walk to Mihama Park, just about a 10-minute stroll away, where I enjoyed relaxing views and nature. Perfect for a city walker like me who thrives on discovering charming landmarks and nearby green spaces .

We loved our stay, especially the comfy beds and the cozy vibe of our room. The outdoor pool was perfect for winding down after our busy days, and the lounge area was great for relaxation. The noise from kids in the hallways early in the morning was a bit bothersome, but that's to be expected given the crowd. 😊

The standard twin room was spacious and impeccably clean, with daily cleaning service that kept it fresh. The shuttle service to Disneyland was convenient. Staff were friendly and accommodating, speaking English well and assisting with luggage transport. The dining options felt limited, and the overall value didn't quite match the pricing for this type of accommodation. The distance to the nearest station was a slight inconvenience.

nice hotel but a bit noisy
The kids buffet section was a hit with my son, providing him with plenty of options. The mini library near the front desk offered a cozy corner that my family enjoyed .
The city view was somewhat marred by street noise.

The nearby Lala Italiana wowed us with its tasty pasta, and I can't rave enough about the cozy vibe at Grand Cinq-totally a culinary gem! The bed in our room was super comfy, we caught some quality Z's after a long day out. Plus, the hotel's proximity to Disneyland was a lifesaver!
Only one check-in counter was staffed during peak hours, a bit of a letdown. The free shuttle to Disney only ran in the mornings and the limited schedule wasn't made clear on the website, made planning tricky.
